One thing was that no matter the fact or situation Alex would not die. Wanting to know more about his Snakehead by Anthony Horowitz is an adventure spy book where a english child is taken in by MI6 and sent out into the field as the perfect disguise, a child. Soon, a car arrived and Major Yu stepped out with Ash, who was badly beat up. The next day, while Ash goes to the snakehead to retrieve the papers, Alex tails a suspicious-looking man who has been observing him since he landed in Bangkok. He takes a kayak and paddles down a river to go find the island. Alex Rider would never forget the moment of impact, the first shock as the parachute opened and the second — more jolting still — as the module that had carried him back from outer space crashed into the sea.

Jan 23, Connor rated it it was amazing Recommends it for: My thoughts about the Alex Rider series changed with every book I read. Oracle of Doom The Library Book 3. The story is a action backed book that I really loved and I think that I am going to have to get the other books in the series. He eventually finds Royal Blue and sees Major Yu scanning his fingerprints into a machine that will give him sole control over the bomb.
This one took a little while to get going with the ‘straightforward’ and ‘minimal risk’ part of the mission taking up the majority of the book. In this book the protagonist, Alex Rider, a British teenager that is a specially trained spy goes on another adventure. Alex then travels to BangkokThailand where he meets Ash who explains their plan; he and Alex will take on the identities of Afghan refugees who have paid the snakehead to smuggle them into Australia.
The book is action packed and fun to read at any time. They go on to JakartaIndonesia, the next step of their journey. Alex is surprised to see the guest is Sabina Pleasure, his old friend who moved to San Francisco after the events of Eagle Strike.

The Land of Neverendings. When Alex Rider crash-lands off the coast of Australia, the Australian Secret Service recruits him to infiltrate one of the ruthless gangs operating across Southeast Asia. In the story he meets and greets maybe people that can accommodate him during his mission or even try to sabotage his chances of even being alive.
Alex then dragged himself back to the apartment Ash was at. I feel like there’s so much packed into this book. One last thing that I enjoyed was that this book had an abundance of adventure. While the boat is at sea, Alex escapes by horowirz one of his coins and explores the ship. The Island of Horses.
He is caught up in a whole lot of problems and has to think of a while to get out of the bad situation. However, Alex manages to escape and establish contact with MI6.
My favorite part is when he is paddling I thought that Snakehead is a very good book. Repetiti Horoqitz was in my opinion one of the better Alex rider books although to be fair they are all pretty similar. The Secret in Vault If she were to appear in this book-she should’ve been in the meat of it, not the last two pages.
