There was a lot of violence, but this is a violent world. Due to this huge amount of action the information is dropped in the middle of it, which elongates the scenes. Karen Chance also introduced WAY too many characters for the first book in a series. Rereading it now Tlnieblas kind of have bigger expectations. There were other things I couldn’t identify, including a row of cork-topped bottles along the front of the belt.

They realize there is more to her power than even Cassie recognized. Touch the Dark by Karen Chance. I just feel that if I miss one tiny sentence, it’s going to come back tinieblqs bite me in the back. Cassandra just wants out of that world and left alone.
Touch the Dark
chanxe The books are a succession of action after action without rest, no pause to collect our thoughts. There is a lot of world-building to be done. I’d been dumped in Hell’s waiting room. Satyrs – they are cocktail servers in a casino and some of them may or may not shift into rats.
Chance didn’t pull her punches. Preview — Touch the Dark by Karen Chance. I really wanted more dialogue though, because she does do a,iento good job with it. She whines like there’s no tomorrow. Recommend Maybe Book Boyfriend:
